Clients are seen by scheduled appointment only so that our doctors have adequate time to address the needs of each patient.  We understand that there are times when an emergency should arise and your pet may need immediate attention.  We always accommodate those critical patients immediately and appreciate when our regularly scheduled clients show understanding in these rare occasions.  We allow a minimum of 1/2 hour for our scheduled appointments and welcome spending this time answering your questions and addressing your concerns.

Payment Policy:

Pleasant Valley Veterinary Services will be happy to provide you with an estimate for any procedure or treatment;  however, we regret that we are unable to extend credit.  It is our goal to treat your pet on your budget and encourage you to have this discussion with the doctor ahead of time to evaluate all options for your pet's care.  We do expect payment in full when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.  For any patient needing to be hospitalized for extrended treatment for the day or emergency surgery, we ask for a 50% deposit at the time we take your pet in for treatment.  We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.  Pleasant Valley Veterinary Services understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program.
