.: If your pet is having a scheduled surgical procedure please review and print out the consent form. This form outlines various aspects of having surgery such as: pre-operative blood work, baby teeth removal, nail trimming and post-operative pain medications. This will also enable you to formulate any questions you might have that you may not have thought about at the time of your visit with us. Filling this form out in advance will also help to expedite the morning drop off, so as not to delay you should you need to get to work or get children off to school.
